Quello che conta è la propria banale immagine e il proprio lucro immediato, a dispetto del rispetto degli interlocutori.
Rivolgersi altrove e/o in ogni caso diffidare fino alla fine.
 Terrible. Zero customer focus. Just to name one, make an appointment to see an object and the day before they cancel it for you saying that it has been rented. Correct ?
What matters is one's own trivial image and one's immediate profit, despite the respect of the interlocutors.
Go elsewhere and / or in any case be wary until the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo in affitto con Phosphoro da circa 1 anno. Agenzia professionale molto seria che offre appartamenti davvero ben curati, rari nell’ecosistema delle case per studenti a Trento. Il rapporto con i clienti è davvero da 5 stelle. Eventuali problemi sono stati sempre accolti e risolti maniera professionale, educata e corretta. È la mia prima volta in agenzia e, per adesso, mi sto trovando decisamente meglio che con diverse esperienze con “privati”. Consigliato!
We have been renting with Phosphoro for about 1 year. Very serious professional agency that offers really well-kept apartments, rare in the ecosystem of student houses in Trento. The relationship with customers is truly 5-star. Any problems have always been accepted and resolved in a professional, polite and correct manner. It is my first time in the agency and, for now, I am finding myself much better than with different experiences with "private individuals". Recommended!

Viaggio di 1000 km, hotel ed il giorno prima mi viene mandato il messaggino con il quale viene annullato l'appuntamento perché l'abitazione è già stata assegnata. Il tutto con un semplice "mi dispiace".Scorrettezza ai massimi livelli
In my personal experience, an unprofessional agency. Fixed appointment to view a property in Padua. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Mio figlio è stato cliente PHOSPHORO per 4 anni, vivendo in una stanza in affitto a Trento, gestita da PHOSPHORO. A causa di un errore, gli sono stati attribuiti dei mancati pagamenti e mio figlio avrebbe dovuto versare una somma notevole per la tassa sui rifiuti. Grazie alla disponibilità e alla tempestività di PHOSPHORO nell'inviare i documenti che attestava i regolari pagamenti avvenuti, da parte dell'agenzia, ho potuto risolvere il problema e chiarire la posizione e di mio figlio, che nulla doveva all'ente interessato. Ringrazio davvero tanto PHOSPHORO per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dimostrata.
Very positive experience. My son has been a PHOSPHORO customer for 4 years, living in a rented room in Trento, managed by PHOSPHORO. Due to an error, he was blamed for non-payments and my son would have had to pay a substantial amount for the waste tax. Thanks to the availability and promptness of PHOSPHORO in sending the documents certifying the regular payments made by the agency, I was able to solve the problem and clarify the position and my son, who owed nothing to the institution concerned. Thank you very much PHOSPHORO for the availability and kindness shown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto solerti per il loro interesse, con calma per tutelare il conduttore. Chiesta più volte la sostituzione di un divano fatiscente e rotto, hanno provveduto con tempi molto lunghi. Altrettanto dicasi per la sostituzione del forno in cucina. Se veramente fossero interessati alla gestione dell'appartamento nell'interesse di tutti, dovrebbero anche gestire con decisione nei confronti dei proprietari dell'immobile. L'agenzia dovrebbe essere un valido intermediario tra proprietari e utilizzatori.
Very diligent for their interest, calmly to protect the tenant. Asked several times to replace a dilapidated and broken sofa, they proceeded with a very long time. The same applies to the replacement of the oven in the kitchen. If they were truly interested in managing the apartment in everyone's interest, they should also manage with decision towards the owners of the property. The agency should be a valid intermediary between owners and users.
