Tralasciando le incomprensioni sull’appuntamento con la segretaria, per le quali mi sono presentata una volta senza che la segretaria avesse fissato correttamente l’appuntamento, e tralasciando una comunicazione non semplice con quest’ultima che mi è parsa più volte scocciata dalle mie chiamate, il mio voto deriva da esperienza negativa in sede di pulizia dentale.
Igiene buona, con una routine nella norma, ma di cui non mi sarei lamentata se non per il prezzo: 120€. Assolutamente al di sopra della media di Trento e di altri noti studi in città (lo dico per esperienza). Alla richiesta di chiarimento di un prezzo tanto elevato mi è stato detto con superficialità, menefreghismo e con lo stesso tono scocciato “che così era: cambi studio, se non le va bene”.
È certo che così farò.
Inoltre vorrei aggiungere che mia mamma un anno fa ha fatto qui la ricostruizione di un dente pagando 1200€. Ieri gli è caduto il dente. Soldi buttati al vento.

Leaving aside the misunderstandings about the appointment with the secretary, for which I presented myself once without the secretary having set the appointment correctly, and omitting a difficult communication with the latter that seemed to me repeatedly annoyed by my calls, my rating comes from negative experience with dental cleaning.
Good hygiene, with a normal routine, but which I would not have complained about except for the price: 120 €. Absolutely above the average of Trento and other well-known studios in the city (I say this from experience). When asked for clarification of such a high price, I was told superficially, indifferently and with the same annoyed tone "that it was so: change your studio, if it doesn't suit you".
It is certain that I will do so.
Also I would like to add that a year ago my mother had a tooth reconstructed here for € 1200. His tooth fell out yesterday. Money thrown to the wind.
