Ci siamo rivolti al negozio per l'acquisto di una sala e siamo stati accolti molto bene. Trascurando il fatto che abbiamo ricevuto la sala con un mese di ritardo rispetto la data contrattuale, il vero disagio é iniziato quando abbiamo realizzato che ci era stata consegnata la sala sbagliata. Rassicurati che la nostra sala era comunque già disponibile in magazzino, a causa degli innumerevoli disservizi (5 appuntamenti presi per il montaggio e poi cancellati lo stesso giorno e senza avvisare) siamo rimasti un ulteriore mese con una sala sbagliata montata a metà e l altra metà abbandonata sul pavimento. Mobili sicuramente di qualità ma visto il servizio ricevuto e l'assoluta mancanza di attenzione e cura per il cliente, non ripeteremo certamente alcun ulteriore acquisto presso di loro. Very nice and quality furniture but very poor after-sales service. We approached the shop to purchase a room and were very well received. Disregarding the fact that we received the room a month later than the contract date, the real discomfort began when we realized that the wrong room had been delivered to us. Reassured that our room was in any case already available in stock, due to the countless disruptions (5 appointments taken for assembly and then canceled on the same day and without notifying) we stayed a further month with a wrong room half assembled and the other half abandoned on the floor. Certainly quality furniture but given the service received and the absolute lack of attention and care for the customer, we will certainly not repeat any further purchases from them.

Cucina ordinata a ottobre 2020 consegna prevista a dicembre ma alla fine consegnata a Gennaio 2021. così iniziano i problemi, una base consegnata di colore diverso dal resto dei mobili, il vetro retrotop troppo lungo ( a lavori di ristrutturazione appena finiti abbiamo dovuto rompere il muro per farlo entrare). Angolo del pensile dovuto tagliare perché le misure prese erano errate, montaggio delle mensole errato(conclusione altri buchi da stuccare su un muro nuovo). passano i mesi e andiamo a marzo 2021 dove tornano per montare le mensole e finire il lavoro ma non solo non finiscono, paghiamo anche la seconda chiamata per il montaggio. Ovviamente tornato a novembre 2021 per sostituire il vetro retrotop che oltre ad essere troppo lungo, dopo aver scavato il muro per farlo entrare si sono accorti che era difettato, giusto dicevo che tornano per sostituirlo ma non lo portano perciò mettono zoccolo e gole dicendo che torneranno. gennaio 2022 sto ancora aspettando che tornino per il famoso retrotop da sostituire e per cambiare la base lavello che per montaggio errato vicino alla lavastoviglie si è gonfiata. Non è finita qui oggi mi rendo conto che non hanno fissato la mensola nella base ad angolo perciò con il peso della roba si incurvata. tutto questo con 16000 euro di cucina. È VERGOGNOSO 1 single star because 0 it is not possible to put it. Bad after sale service. . Kitchen ordered in October 2020 delivery expected in December but ultimately delivered to January 2021. this is how the problems begin, a base delivered in a different color from the rest of the furniture, the retrotop glass too long (when the renovations were just finished we had to break the wall to let it in). Corner of the wall unit had to be cut because the measurements taken were incorrect, incorrect assembly of the shelves (conclusion of other holes to be plastered on a new wall). the months pass and we go to March 2021 where they come back to assemble the shelves and finish the job but not only do they not finish, we also pay the second call for assembly. Obviously returned in November 2021 to replace the retrotop glass which in addition to being too long, after having dug the wall to let it in, they realized that it was defective, just I said that they come back to replace it but they do not wear it so they put the plinth and grooves saying that they will come back . January 2022 I am still waiting for them to come back for the famous retrotop to be replaced and to change the sink base which, due to incorrect assembly near the dishwasher, has swollen. It is not over here today I realize that they have not fixed the shelf in the corner base so with the weight of the stuff it bends. all this with 16,000 euros of cooking. IT IS SHAMEFUL
