Arriviamo in orario e dopo 20 min che aspettiamo (e nel frattempo persone senza appuntamento passano davanti a fare dei preventivi con i consulenti liberi) ci dicono che la consulente assegnata a noi è occupata e ci attende un signore (arrogante e scortese) che dopo 10 min ci manda via dicendoci di tornare un altro giorno perché lui è impegnato! Insomma tratti proprio come clienti di serie B!!! Assolutamente non professionali! Da una marca come Cucina Venete non me lo aspettavo proprio! We make an appointment for a quote for the kitchen. Alcuni pezzi erano sbagliati, un paio difettosi e il frigorifero mancava. Dopo numerosi solleciti, e interventi dei montatori, di solito con almeno due ore di ritardo sull'orario stabilito e lavori che si protraevano ben oltre il calar del sole, sono riuscito a ottenere prima un frigo provvisorio, poi, oggi, quello definitivo. Mancano ancora un fianco di un pensile, montato del colore sbagliato, lo zoccolo di una base, perché, per tre volte, i montatori non avevano con sé i supporti, un tagliere e una griglia arrivati per il lavello sbagliato; in più, l'illuminazione sottopensile non va bene per la cappa che ho dovuto far cambiare ed è stata adattata con una bassa resa estetica. Inoltre, nel montaggio, è stato rovinato il tubo di scarico della cappa, che andrà cambiato. In sostanza, la cucina pagata a dicembre, a Aprile non è ancora a posto, e, a quanto pare, non lo sarà prima che trascorra almeno un mese (tanto ci vuole per avere il fianco del pensile del colore giusto, ordinato a dicembre). In conclusione, al di là della resa non ottimale, non ho mai pagato così tanto per ottenere un servizio così scarso. I purchased and prepaid a kitchen that was delivered to me in December. In conclusion, beyond the suboptimal yield, I have never paid so much for such poor service.

Ho scelto di comprare la cucina da Veneta oltre che per la qualità anche per l assistenza che mi ha dato Elisa con molta professionalità cosa che purtroppo dovrebbe essere scontata ma non lo è. La cucina è stata montata ieri bravi anche i montatori sono super soddisfatta del risultato. Kitchen bought in Genoa in the Campi shop, I was followed by Elisa, a girl who, to say the least, was fantastic and helpful, she followed me in everything and gave super advice.
