Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzi, con estesa scelta di materiali e costi. Noi abbiamo comprato una cucina in estate 2016 e ci troviamo molto bene. Buoni gli elettrodomestici da incasso. I mobili sono di ottima qualità e la progettazione e stata seguita in ogni dettaglio. Il montaggio e stato eseguito da personale qualificato e il risultato è stato ottimo. We bought our Antares kitchen from the Compagnino furniture factory and we are VERY SATISFIED. The furniture is of excellent quality and the design has been followed in every detail. The assembly was carried out by qualified personnel and the result was excellent.

Aggiungo, per il signor Bonifaci che ha messo le foto dichiarandosi soddisfatto, che è uno dei pochi che acquista una cucina con pensili diversi tra loro, che fa montare il lavandino al contrario(vedi foro per rubinetto) e che si fa coprire gli interruttori e le prese della corrente dal mobile forno. Complimenti ?? Aggiornamento degli ultimi giorni: non è neanche nelle condizioni di consegnare merce di poche decine di euro. Siamo in rianimazione ? Bad from every point of view. Comunque alla mia R.R. ricevuta dal Mobilificio il 10 febbraio non ha risposto nei termini da me indicati. Dunque vale quanto scritto nella R.R. Dal mio Avvocato riceverà comunicazione per il rimborso dell'anticipo da me versato a metà febbraio 2020. Come in passato un'ottima conoscenza con il Signor Compagnino Padre. Con il figlio esperienza non solo pessima direi inqualificabile. Tra l'altro ero stata buona cliente in passato. In sostanza l'anno scorso in febbraio ho dato un anticipo di 1.500 € per una libreria intestato a Paolo Compagnino. Ho tenuto conto del lockdown e in maggio ho iniziato a sollecitare e successivamente, le telefonate e le mail sono sempre state di mia iniziativa. Da parte di Compagnino una continua e anche scortese promessa. Ad una mia R.R. non ha risposto. Mi sono rivolta ad "Altro consumo" ho segnalato il caso al Civ, interesserò altre agenzie. Dovrò rivolgermi ad un avvocato per avere il rimborso dell'anticipo. Può darsi che il mobilificio prediliga i giovani clienti che possono esserlo per il futuro. Può darsi ma il comportamento è semplicemente squallido. sono costretta a indicare una stella perchè la mia nota sia pubblicata e sia utile a futuri "clienti". Be serious if you can. Non è stato eseguito il sopralluogo dei lavori edili elettrici ed idraulici (come inizialmente dal mobilificio concordato), cucina arrivata con tre mesi di ritardo (doveva arrivare i primi di dicembre 2019) e senza elettrodomestici (acquistati successivamente e quindi provocando ulteriori ritardi), cucina arrivata con un'anta rovinata e il battipiede di colore diverso, sbaglio progettazione misura cucina arrangiata all ultimo momento.. sbagliato acquisto del lavandino,ad oggi aspetto ancora il miscelatore, le luci a led sotto pensili ed il materiale arrivato appunto danneggiato. Ovviamente il tutto è documentato e tracciato da telefonate, messaggi e mail. Facendo presente piu volte al titolare tutto questo disagio..lui risponde (quasi mai) che ha provveduto a stornarci dal totale una somma..somma che invece è stata concordata per tutto il ritardo accumulato e non quindi di certo per tutto il resto.. Anche perche noi avremmo pagato tranquillamente il totale e di certo non ci saremmo accontentati di ciò visto che dobbiamo ora provvedere noi ad acquistare luci, un miscelatore adeguato, contattare noi la ditta per farci sostituire anta e ripristinare il battiscopa che è visibilmente di un altro colore della cucina..quindi a nostre spese. Dovevamo acquistare ulteriori mobili ma ovviamente resteremo alla larga da questo rivenditore Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with the purchase of the kitchen.
