 I have been buying Sormani Pharmacy laboratory products for years now, they are really effective and the value for money is excellent. The staff is friendly, very competent and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non la consiglio... entrata per prenotare una visita al CUP , la dottoressa , svogliata, mi avverte subito che sarebbe stata una cosa lunga...e che se fosse entrato un cliente avrebbe dovuto immediatamente interrompere.... visto che non c'era nessuno ho suggerito di provare... al che la dottoressa non trova la dicitura "giusta"...dopodichè entra un cliente e interrompe immediatamente.
Non si sarebbe mai sognata di perdere una vendita facendo aspettare un minuto per finire un servizio CUP..... !!!!!!
Sono entrata dopo poco in un altra farmacia che mi ha fato tutto in 5 minuti.
Farmacia Canevari...che bei modi avete! E' la Vostra prassi lavorare così?
I do not recommend ... entering to book a visit to the CUP, the doctor, listless, immediately warns me that it would be a long thing ... and that if a customer came in he would have to immediately interrupt .... since there is no 'was none I suggested to try ... whereupon the doctor does not find the wording "right" ... after which a client enters and immediately interrupts.
She would never have dreamed of losing a sale by waiting a minute to finish a CUP service ..... !!!!!!
After a while I went into another pharmacy which did everything for me in 5 minutes.
Pharmacy Canevari ... what a beautiful way you have! Is it your practice to work like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e arroganza. Per l’ennesima volta non sono riusciti a soddisfare delle richieste normali che poi altre farmacie hanno risolto in un attimo. Non rispettano gli orari che dicono per l’arrivo dei farmaci (il farmaco doveva arrivare alle 19 sono passata alle 11 del giorno dopo e se lo erano dimenticato, non si sono scusati anzia mi hanno trattata malissimo). Se avete urgenza rivolgetevi a qualcuno di componete non a loro.
Rudeness and arrogance. For the umpteenth time they failed to meet normal demands that other pharmacies then solved in a flash. They don't respect the times they say for the arrival of the drugs (the drug had to arrive at 7.00 pm I went to 11 the next day and if they had forgotten it, they didn't apologize because they treated me badly). If you have urgency, contact someone who does not belong to them.

Very kind and super helpful. I did the skin test and Dr. Sormani was very specific and precise explaining the correct procedure to follow to have a perfect skin. I use their products and they are fantastic.

Arroganza e maleducazione all’ennesima potenza!
La professionalità non sanno nemmeno cosa sia!!
Avevo prenotato in data odierna, ovvero 18/06/2021 un esame HCG alle 15.40, e la dottoressa mi ha detto che non c’era nessuno e che dovevo ripassare lunedì, dopo che questo era un appuntamento preso già da una settimana.
VERGOGNA!

I had booked an HCG exam at 3.40 pm today, or 06/18/2021, and the doctor told me that there was no one and that I had to come back on Monday, after this was an appointment already made for a week.
SHAME!
