★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sempre cliente ma purtroppo riscontro che non c'è più la cordialità di un tempo. Il ricambio del personale ci ha perso in questo senso. Il livello è stato abbassato da una persona in particolare con cui ho avuto a che fare di persona e telefonicamente. É stata scontrosa e maleducata. Lavorando anch'io col pubblico e non sopportando i clienti arroganti, personalmente mi comporto educatamente con chi lavora e quindi non vedo perché non debba ricevere lo stesso trattamento in risposta. Leggendo le altre recensioni direi che non sono l'unica ad avere questa opinione su questa persona... vista la descrizione
Always a customer but unfortunately I find that there is no longer the friendliness of the past. The turnover of staff has lost us in this sense. The level was lowered by a particular person I dealt with in person and over the phone. She was grumpy and rude. Working with the public myself and not putting up with arrogant clients, I personally behave politely with those who work and therefore I don't see why they shouldn't receive the same treatment in response. È difficile fare un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, soprattutto ora che il livello di accettazione del prossimo è sotto la soglia minima, ma loro svolgo egregiamente il servizio spesso con il sorriso sotto la mascherina (gli occhi non tradiscono mai).

Il dottore che fa i tamponi è davvero maleducato, non sa rapportarsi con i clienti e si vede la poca voglia che ha di lavorare (mentre mi faceva pagare si è pure messo al telefono a parlare con un amico).
Ho chiamato di recente e ho parlato con una dottoressa che, in seguito ad una semplice e cordiale domanda, ha risposto in modo aggressivo e arrogante, buttando poi giù il telefono.
Rude. I have dealt with this pharmacy a couple of times and they have never proven wrong.
The doctor who swabs is really rude, he doesn't know how to relate to customers and you can see the little desire he has to work (while he was making me pay he even went on the phone to talk to a friend).
I recently called and spoke to a doctor who, following a simple and friendly question, responded in an aggressive and arrogant way, then knocked down the phone.
