d	dario piccinini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacisti, uomini e donne disponibili e cortesi sia per quanto riguarda la parte della farmacia, È capitato spesso che i farmaci non fossero disponibili in quanto essendo Asl dovevano essere ordinati al momento presentando la ricetta e sono sempre state rispettate le tempistiche di consegna anche per quanto riguarda l’orario, veramente impeccabile. Il sevizio Cup è gestito al meglio con brevi tempi di attesa e si cerca sempre di aiutare per trovare la migliore soluzione alla richiesta fatta (anche se non dipende da loro ma dalla disponibilità dei posti dei vari ospedali). La parte veterinaria è come il resto della farmacia proposta in modo chiaro e in caso servano farmaci la professionalità è ai massimi livelli. Per quanto riguarda i prodotti per l’infanzia e la cosmesi, dei quali ho avuto raramente bisogno se non per terze persone, anche li hanno saputo consigliarmi i migliori prodotti sia in base al rapporto qualità prezzo che in base alla precisa necessità. Parafarmaci in quantità e qualità altissima e varia oltre a vari prodotti per l’auto diagnosi di saturazione, pressione oltre che tutori, aereosol di primari marchi conosciuti tutti con prezzi chiari e anche lì con varie offerte. Aperti sempre 08:00-20:00 spesso anche oltre le 20:00 ci sono persone all’interno che vengono servite. Tessera fedeltà sempre richiesta e con ottime e variabili offerte in base alla stagione. I prezzi a differenza di quanto detto da altra utente sono sempre concorrenziali, esposti, chiari e su moltissimi prodotti ci sono sconti e offerte il che permette un buon risparmio. La Tachipirina ad esempio viene 7,70€ è invece viene venduta a 6,15€… poi ovviamente i prezzi impressi sulle confezioni essendo fatti in un preciso momento possono differire dal prezzo di vendita che è successivo alla data di stampa (lo capirebbe anche un bambino….) Il nuovo sistema con i numeri oltre che innovativo e comodo permette il giusto instradamento a seconda della necessità. Da non sottovalutare anche il fatto che è sempre aperta e se servono farmaci particolari nel weekend, gli stessi arrivano lo stesso giorno. Prima potevi andare dalla Signora Luciana e chiedere consigli di cosmesi o da Samanta, sempre molto cortese e preparata, nel reparto bimbi. Ora sembra di essere in un supermercato... Molto gentili, va detto, ma diverse negligenze sia da parte della farmacia che dell'incaricato alle consegne: Orari non rispettati nonostante me li avessero dati per certi. E' stato sbagliato sia il nome che l'indirizzo e mi pare già abbastanza grave (per fortuna i farmaci erano giusti). Il corriere credo che abbia usato il pacco per sedercisi sopra visto che OGNI scatola all'interno è risultata aperta, danneggiata causando, in un caso, anche un danno al contenuto. Non ci servivano tamponi, come ho detto, appena ho avuto la richiesta del medico ho provato a chiamare per venire a comprare cortisone ed antibiotico, farmaci per cui è necessaria richiesta medico (sotto pasqua non è così facile essere in contatto con personale sanitario). Chi ha parlato di tamponi? Pessima esperienza. Familiare con il covid, arrivo alle 20 in punto, per carità orario di chiusura ma appena abbiamo avuto la richiesta del medico, dico da fuori del problema covid (mi serviva il cortisone e l'antibiotico), mi viene fatto no con la mano da lontano. Erano in due li in una situazione di necessità, poco umani. Inoltre ho provato a contattare telefonicamente ma senza ricevere risposta, da 15 minuti circa prima della chiusura per avvertire e chiedere gentilmente di attendere il tempo utile ad arrivare, ma nulla.
