M	Marvin Perre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ero nella Farmacia Orientale di Via Torti, 128/R ed ho assistito ad una scena inaccettabile e precisamente una delle farmaciste la donna meno alta delle altre che ha umiliato fino a fargli avere le lacrime agli occhi un uomo anziano che non si ricordava più il numero del cellulare. Sono intervenuto e mi sono sentito dire di "non interessarmi". Vorrei ricordare a costei che un giorno diventerà vecchia anche lei e ciò che ha seminato lo raccoglierà. Mi sembra che più che mai chi studia medicina debba avere umanità ed educazione, altrimenti ha sbagliato mestiere. Un consiglio, fate due passi in più se vi servono medicinali. R	Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in un orario in cui il servizio Cup doveva essere ancora attivo e mi hanno risposto di aver chiuso in anticipo ! E poi è disgustoso e inaccettabile /illegale che chiedano, con cartello in bella vista, la "mancia " (non tassata visto che non è scontrinata), con un tono come se fosse un obbligo, per le prenotazioni per il tampone green pass o per vaccino o per prenotazioni Cup , considerato che già un tampone costa ben 15 euro e poi per l' erogazione del servizio Cup e di vaccinazione la regione Liguria sicuramente da' un contributo al titolare della farmacia ..chi va in farmacia ci va per necessità non per divertimento ! Non si è mai visto in nessuna farmacia eppure tante sono state aperte anche di domenica con turni massacranti senza chiedere nulla in più ai clienti...fatevi dare un aumento di stipendio dal titolare della farmacia che sicuramente di soldi ne guadagna eccome! Se no cambiate mestiere xchè questo non vi si addice x niente! Se desiderate le mance potete andare a lavorare nei ristoranti. Restituisco il "serva" oltre all' arroganza anche la maleducazione ma del resto da certa gente non ci si può aspettare di meglio ! Vedremo a quanta gente piacerà il vostro modo di lavorare... all'ordine dei farmacisti per esempio oppure alla sanità della regione Liguria ..etc.!? c	christian oliveri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il vaccino nel loro box attrezzato che anche lì lascia un po' il tempo che trova con personale no so se qualificato o meno chema ci parlano l'italiano.. ma vabbè lasciamo perdere. Il fatto è che ieri ero fuori Genova precisamente a Roma per lavoro, l'albergo non mi faceva alloggiare se non gli presentavo il mio greepass. Ho subito mandato una mail alla farmacia con su scritto se gentilmente poteva inviarmi il mio greepass. Non avevo avuto nessun riscontro della mia mail, ho provveduto a telefonare, dopo vari tentativi la farmacia risponde una voce femminile da subito scontrosa...gli espongo il mio problema... Lei mi risponde dicendo che le mail neanche le leggono e che non ci pensa neanche a inviarmi il mio greepass.. mi dice di recarmi in qualsiasi farmacia che me lo avrebbero fatto.. buttandomi il telefono in faccia. Bene , così ho fatto sono andato in una farmacia e con il mio codice fiscale in tempo zero mi hanno stampato il mio greepass. Questa voce femminile che ha risposto, non dovrebbe stare al contatto con il pubblico ,ma ben si chiusa in uno scantinato a sballate colli o mettere a posto degli scaffali. Bruttisima esperienza non ci capiterò più...! I had not received any feedback from my email, I proceeded to call, after several attempts the pharmacy responds with an immediately grumpy female voice ... I expose my problem to him ... She replies by saying that the emails do not even read them and that they do not he doesn't even think about sending me my greepass .. he tells me to go to any pharmacy that would have done it .. throwing the phone in my face. Well, so I did I went to a pharmacy and with my social security number in no time they printed my greepass. This female voice who answered, should not be in contact with the public, but is well closed in a basement with busted necks or put in place some shelves. Bad experience will not happen there again ...!

Il ragazzo che distribuisce i numeri è gentilissimo. Le segretarie che registrano la vaccinazione sono veloci e il medico che vaccina è gentilissimo e simpatico. Molto molto bravi veramente ?????? I put five stars but they deserve at least ten !!! They are doing an excellent job with the vaccinations. Better than the hubs in the center. Short waiting times. The guy who distributes the numbers is very kind. The secretaries who register the vaccination are fast and the doctor who vaccinates is very kind and nice. Very very good really ??????

L'ho fatta questo pomeriggio e sono rimasta davvero colpita dall'organizzazione e dalla gestione di tutto l'iter previsto nel loro hub vaccinale. Da non prenotata, posso dire che ho preso il numero alle 14.20 e alle 16.15 avevo già terminato il tutto, nonostante i prenotati, che giustamente, avevano la priorità. Considerate che i vaccini iniziano alle 15.30 quindi direi un'attesa alquanto accettabile, sono molto organzzati, veloci e competenti. Complimenti davvero per l'oppurtinita che offrite sugli accessi diretti, anche senza prenotazione. My experience with this pharmacy concerns the third booster dose of the covid vaccine. I did it this afternoon and I was really impressed by the organization and management of the whole process foreseen in their vaccination hub. Since not booked, I can say that I took the number at 2.20 pm and at 4.15 pm I had already finished everything, despite the booked ones, who rightly had priority. Consider that the vaccines start at 15.30 so I would say a rather acceptable wait, they are very organized, fast and competent. Congratulations indeed for the opportunity you offer on direct access, even without a reservation.
