Non ci andrò più ne io ne la mia famiglia e sicuramente farò di tutto per sconsigliarla a tutte le mie conoscenze. Gli auguro veramente di chiudere e lasciare posto ad altra attività gestita da persone serie. Vengo avvertito dalla dottoressa che effettua i prelievi che , nel mio caso, devo compilare un secondo foglio, cosa che eseguo. Dal foglio, leggo che il prelievo è gratuito. Chiedo il rimborso e mi viene detto che avrei dovuto presentare il precedente certificato. Poichè sono cliente abituale della farmacia, abitando a due passi dalla stessa, mi dichiaravo disponibile a portarlo subito. Mi veniva detto che ormai era tardi.......
