★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto pagare un tampone, quando non avrei dovuto perché era fine quarantena, non mi hanno fatto compilare nessun foglio ASL e poi ho dovuto pagare pure in contanti
They made me pay a tampon, when I shouldn't have because it was the end of the quarantine, they didn't make me fill out any ASL sheet and then I had to pay in cash as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un vostro cliente dA molti anni e sinceramente ho sempre trovato gentilezza e professionalità tranne da un unico lavorante piuttosto robusto con gli occhiali purtroppo soffro di varie patologie tra cui la depressione e questo signore maleducatamente si è rifiutato di darmi gli antidepressivi perché sprovvisto di denaro quando altre volte mi è stato fatto credito che o sempre onorato la cosa mi ha fatto davvero pensare anche perché certi medicinali non si possono sospendere e rifiutare a chi e un cliente già conosciuto significa farlo stare male peccato davvero una persona Sile in un organico di persone davvero speciali e professionali.scusate lo sfogo
I have been a client of yours for many years and honestly I have always found kindness and professionalism except from a single rather robust worker with glasses unfortunately I suffer from various diseases including depression and this man rudely refused to give me antidepressants because he had no money when other times I have been given credit that or always honored it made me really think also why certain medicines cannot be suspended and refused to those who are already known customers it means to make them feel bad really sin a Sile person in a staff of really people special and professional, sorry for the outburst
