★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most helpful, friendly and motivated bike shop I experienced so far. The linkage of my Foxy broke during my trip to Finale Ligure, so I mailed every Mondraker dealer between Nice, Milano and Genua. Tracce were the only ones who answered and cared. They called the distributor for advice, fixed the broken part and even replaced a broken screw they noticed during repair with _a part of one of their own new bike for sale_! I never saw any shop doing that. And all that for 10€. You saved my bike trip guys. Thank you a thousand times!

Three technicians worked on my bike, repaired a broken chain, replace a damaged cable and road checked it for any problems. The charges were so small, I won't repeat it The care, they are quality and I would buy a bike from them anytime! Real pros !! Thanks guys
