Domani mi vedró con la persona che ci ha servito e vedremo come riusciranno a spiegarmi il disastro che hanno combinato E come pensano di risarcirmi del danno subito Delusione totale

Questo è dovuto alla reattività e al coinvolgimento della persona di vendita in questione. Si sente come una seccatura con ogni domanda e tono aggressivo sia al telefono che nello scrivere le email. Mai una risposta chiara alle mie varie domande La commessa ci informa 1 mese dopo l'ordine che uno degli articoli in questione non è più disponibile. La parte migliore è che per informarmi di questo mi trasferisce semplicemente l'email del fornitore (con i codici di accesso). L'email del fornitore indicava che sono passati 6 mesi da quando l'articolo era disponibile.... uno schizzo. Dopo di che chiedo alla commessa se c'è qualcos'altro di simile, ma di nuovo nessun desiderio di offrire qualcos'altro per sostituire questo articolo non disponibile. Penso che questa persona manchi sinceramente di conoscenza su come trattare con i clienti e che le basi dovrebbero essere riviste (ciao, grazie, arrivederci). Per il resto sono molto contento della vostra contabilità (personale sempre disponibile e piacevole). Hanno una vasta scelta di materiali con le esposizioni curate e pulite. I prezzi sono nella media ma offrono il servizio di sconto in fattura (per chi fa ristrutturazione dell'immobile) che li rendono sicuramente tra i più concorrenziali. Tra l'altro questo servizio viene espletato in maniera trasparente, con una fattura (scontata del 50%) per il materiale e una per gli oneri finanziari, cosa che in pochi fanno ma è questo il procedimento giusto. L'arrivo della merce, finora, è stato puntuale. Mi ritengo quindi pienamente soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti di vista, l'ho già consigliato ad altre persone e continuerò a farlo. Merita 5 stelle. @ Caleffi: suggerisco di migliorare / potenziare il motorino elettrico che apre e chiude la valvola. ?
