Dopo aver acquistato casa non sapevamo da dove iniziare, avevamo girato tanto e le idee erano sempre più confuse. La consulenza del personale dello Store, in particolare Stefano, ci ha aiutati a scegliere ciò che faceva più al caso nostro sia per quanto riguarda colori, stile e disposizione, che per quanto riguarda il budget a disposizione. Ogni nostro dubbio è stato chiarito nei colloqui successivi. Anche durante i lavori, per non avere sorprese durante il montaggio, l’intervento di Stefano nel rispondere alle nostre domande è stato fondamentale. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati, e devo fare i complimenti anche alla squadra che si è occupata del montaggio perché sono stati impeccabili, professionali e precisi. Anche il personale dell’area commerciale/amministrativa ad ogni nostra chiamata hanno saputo darci sempre le giuste informazioni. Uno staff che merita tanti complimenti. We purchased scavolini cuisine in August at the Store of Genoa Campi. After purchasing a house we didn't know where to start, we had turned so much and the ideas were more and more confused. The advice of Store's staff, in particular Stefano, helped us choose what he was most appropriate for both colors, style and arrangement, as regards the available budget. Every doubt our doubt was clarified in subsequent talks. Even during the works, in order not to have surprises during assembly, Stefano's intervention in answering our questions was fundamental. Delivery times have been respected, and I must also congratulate the team that has occupied assembly because they have been impeccable, professional and precise. Even the staff of the commercial / administrative area to all our calls have always been able to give us the right information. A staff that deserves many compliments.

La prima cosa che decido di scegliere è ovviamente la cucina! Scavolini, il sogno italiano, leader indiscusso nel settore di riferimento. La persona che mi ha seguito nella progettazione e realizzazione di questa magia si chiama Maria Vittoria: una ragazza speciale, preparata, professionale, disponibilissima, capace di capire le mie esigenze e guidarmi con estrema sensibilità nella scelta della parte più importante della mia casa. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio, mi sono sentita presa per mano e guidata senza mai essere lasciata sola. Tanto per rendere l’idea con due esempi: un giorno l’ho chiamata senza preavviso per un dubbio di progettazione dei lavori di muratura necessari per il montaggio della cappa e lei, senza esitare, mi ha seguita assentandosi dalla festa di laurea di sua sorella (mi sono scusata 100 volte per averla disturbata in quel momento così importante); a fine montaggio ci rendiamo conto che mancava il telecomando per l’accensione della luce del pannello a muro.. tempi medi di consegna per un ordine di quel tipo erano stimati in circa un mese e, beh, che dire, in una settimana Maria Vittoria è riuscita a farmi arrivare il pezzo mancante!! Ciliegina sulla torta: il team di professionisti che si è occupato del montaggio, guidato da Mauro, persona meravigliosa e di grande esperienza e professionalità: ordine e precisione possono essere le parole che sintetizzano il loro lavoro!! Insomma… sintetizzando, voto 10 e lode! This year I bought my first home .. a dream that comes true, a goal that until recently seemed unattainable. The first thing I decide to choose is obviously the kitchen! Scavolini, the Italian dream, undisputed leader in the reference sector. The person who followed me in the planning and realization of this magic is called Maria Vittoria: a special girl, prepared, professional, extremely available, able to understand my needs and guide me with extreme sensitivity in choosing the most important part of my home. I could not have asked for more, I felt taken by the hand and guided without ever being left alone. Just to give the idea with two examples: one day I called her without warning for a doubt about the design of the masonry work necessary for the assembly of the hood and she, without hesitation, followed me absent from her sister's graduation party (I apologized 100 times for bothering her in that important moment); at the end of the assembly we realize that the remote control for switching on the wall panel light was missing .. average delivery times for an order of that type were estimated in about a month and, well, in a week Maria Vittoria she managed to get me the missing piece !! The icing on the cake: the team of professionals who took care of the assembly, led by Mauro, a wonderful person with great experience and professionalism: order and precision can be the words that summarize their work !! Well ... summarizing, vote 10 and praise!

Ma devo fare i complimenti alla sig.MariaVittoria un architetto veramente brava che ha arredato la cucina come volevamo noi è una persona da prendere in considerazione ,la consiglio a tutti ?? We ordered the kitchen in June 2021 arrived in September as we had established a perfect assembly with competent people as once and precise. But I have to congratulate Mrs. Maria Vittoria a really good architect who furnished the kitchen as we wanted is a person to be taken into consideration, I recommend her to everyone ??

Ho pagato la cucina a luglio siamo a fine febbraio non è ancora completata Non arrivano mai i pezzi mancanti per loro errori nel montaggio.vergognosi! Non comprerò mai più una cucina Scavolini. Bad experience, nice shop, very good Mrs. Marinella in designing the kitchen, but they are incompetent in the assembly They send inexperienced people, they want full prepayment, but they are not diligent in the implementation. Montatori bravissimi, professionali e, che non guasta, anche simpatici e disponibili. Zero danni al parquet e ai muri, nonché alla cucina stessa. Cordialità e professionalità dell' arredatrice, Mariavittoria, che ci ha seguito e consigliato dall'inizio alla fine ed anche dopo. We ordered our kitchen at the end of December 2021 and it arrived very punctual, as we had asked for and as we had been assured, in April 2022. Very talented, professional fitters and, that doesn't hurt, also nice and helpful. Zero damage to the parquet and walls, as well as to the kitchen itself. Friendliness and professionalism of the interior designer, Mariavittoria, who followed and advised us from beginning to end and even after.

We went to the Genova Campi Store and we didn't have a clear idea of what type of stay to buy.
