Dopo il 15 dicembre vengo contattato via mail in cui si invita ad effettuare il bonifico a saldo dell'acquisto, prima della consegna che avverrà poi finalmente il 28 dicembre. Due righe di scuse e/o chiarimenti circa il ritardo sarebbero state gradite. Punto vendita di Campi: ottima consulenza e assistenza. È stata consegnata a fine agosto senza rubinetto, senza maniglie, con una manopola del forno rotta, graffiata ed è pure stata installata storta! Mi hanno chiamato oggi 23 settembre per dirmi che mi possono portare alcuni pezzi (non tutti) e se voglio possono portarmi anche il top che però “balla un po’ quindi deve stare attenta quando cucina” (PAROLE TESTUALI). Ovviamente, ho detto che mi devono portare tutto ma non se ne parlerà fino al 20 ottobre e quindi “devo avere pazienza”. Noi siamo disperati perché dobbiamo trasferirci ma come possiamo farlo senza cucina?? Una cucina che abbiamo pagato a giugno!! So che tante persone si sono trovate bene con questa azienda ma, se potessi tornare indietro, lo farei subito! Incompetenti, irrispettosi e ritardatari. To date, the experience has been horrible. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, non solo del risultato finale, ma soprattutto dalla professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità di Amarilis. È riuscita a progettare una bellissima cucina nonostante il poco spazio, ma soprattutto è sempre stata presente telefonicamente nell’attesa della consegna, chiarendoci ogni nostro dubbio o domanda. Puntualità nella consegna e ottimo montaggio. Se in futuro avremo bisogno di altri progetti, sapremo a chi rivolgerci nuovamente! We have furnished our kitchen by Asta del Mobile. A momento della consegna il mobile avevo sul fianco a vista dei buchi e sembrava usato, smontato e rimontato. Ho mandato mail all assistenza ma senza alcuna risposta, dopo aver chiamato mi hanno risposto che avrebbero sostituito il Fianco. Tuttora aspetto. La qualità del prodotto è appena appena superiore a quella di Ikea ma con altri prezzi.

Abbiamo sempre trovato personale gentile e disponibile che ci ha saputo consigliare e aiutare a scegliere. Nei giorni di maggior afflusso può esser difficile esser seguiti in tempi stretti proprio perché la scelta e l'acquisto di un mobile porta via molto tempo quindi il personale non si libera velocemente, se possibile è preferibile venirci durante i corni feriali.
