Quando ho spiegato, la signora mi ha dato della ignorante, incompetente e incapace di usare il computer, di pagare a un vicino di casa 10 euro perché mi facesse lui la prenotazione. Alla fine non ha risolto il mio problema mandandomi via... Questa è la mia sperienza... I went to ask for information because I couldn't make an online booking for a passport. Visto che siamo in una situazione delicata dovuto all'epidemia ho preferito di non andare in questura ma di chiamarli tramite il cellulare.... Ma niente! La prima volta mi hanno detto di andare in posta e fare tutta la procedura tramite kit postale per permesso di soggiorno. La seconda mi hanno detto di non compilare il kit ma di chiamare, non mi hanno mai risposto. Così sono andato per la terza volta e mi hanno detto di compilare il kit postale. Compilato il kit è portato in posta mi sento dire che devo fare la procedura tramite questura. Fate una cosa, scappate da sto posto! They don't answer the phone.
