Im an student and i registrated for carta di soggiorno after catching the card I recognized that they put wrong information on my card.when I turned back to solve it they didn't let me inter and all the foreigners but all Italians without appointment intered easily.thy behavior with people(foreigners) is so bad.I went there 2 times but I couldn't solve my problem.Becasue it's just wasting the time.I staied there for 1:30 the right word for explaining them is Rude an Racism.
