M	MyG Oogle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is modern, well kept and recently decorated. The rooms are spacious (we had a double and a triple). The service was efficient and friendly. It is conveniently placed just in front of a direct bus to the centre (and soon the tram). The two let-downs are the parking (despite being part of the hotel property it is open and totally non-secure - but it is free...) and the breakfast - which was typical corporate hotel quality. Poor scrambled eggs (powder?) and burnt bacon. The fruit juice appears to have been watered down.... and was bitter. The breakfast room was comfortable.

I enjoyed the close proximity of the train that would take me into the city center or to the airport at the end of my trip. Many of the nights, the hotel was filled with tour groups that made breakfast a bit challenging at times due to how many people were trying to eat at once. The hotel did a great job of keeping the buffet stocked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend to someone looking for a nice hotel outside of the city center.

D	Daniel Gipsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, near the train. The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the bathroom was with someone's hairs in it.. I don't recommend the breakfast, it was very disappointing, better to save the money and it in the city.. but overall it the hotel is good

From the check in , all the team was very kind and helpful ..my wife lost the flight ..they anyway made me checked in ..and my wife when arrived ..was everything good ...., The room are amazing and super warm even too much .....lol.. Anyway we had 3 or 4 time room service.....the time on the web site says different ..luckily I thought of letting me know when the main restaurants closes and the receptionist was very kind to help and the octopus soup is one the best I have ever had in my life.....amazing chef ....anyway ...good pasta and portions ...kitchen fast and amazing and well cared service by Alessandro ... The HK was very kind to change anything we asked everyday ...Mee stayed a week ..and we will be back soon ..as hotel , service...close to airport and very good spot to go to the city centre.....is a very beautiful experience ...u will feel home ... Very good and rich breakfast ..buffet ..and very good attitude from the waitress... Good mini bar selection ..a bit too pricey..but is .ok ..!! ??????

d	der Wirtschaftsexperte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst hotel I have ever visited, a 2 star hotel is cleaner and better. It’s a bold thing to call four stars. The rooms have showers where no cold water comes the tap is leaking and makes noises, the drain is broken so we had to move into a new room also there the shower was affected by the cold problem, you showered at a pleasant temperature and suddenly the water became hot. The setting for the shower was broken. Another thing that is not recommended is that breakfast is a nightmare, except for eggs cheese and a turkey and salami as well as cakes and salads there is nothing, the tables are not cleaned and it sacht an ambience like in a canteen. The workers don’t organise tables for 4 instead they ignore you. Despite appealing, free tables are not cleaned and tidy. All in all, it’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I’ll never come back. If it would go I would give 0 stars because it has earned no more than that.
