G	Giulio Carta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La narrativa è sempre una: tutte le altre assicurazioni, specie quelle online, sono poco serie, e gli unici seri sono loro. Il che dovrebbe giustificare i loro prezzi più alti, si suppone. Se ti fidi bene, se non ti fidi ti trattano come un pezzente e uno scemo. Dopo anni che sono loro cliente (Assicuratrice Milanese) in vista dello scadere dell’ultima polizza, comincio a guardarmi intorno e chiedo un preventivo, comprensivo di qualche garanzia in più. Ci metteranno UN MESE, dopo mie insistenze, e sarà pure incompleto (oltre che nettamente più caro della concorrenza, non solo quella online, e l’unico che abbia mai visto senza IVA inclusa, che suonava un po’ una furbata). Sempre contornato da discorsi pigri di quanto gli altri siano poco seri e “preconfezionati”, ma sempre senza risponderti a quel che a te interessa. Perdevano più tempo a scrivere questi discorsi che a scrivermi l’importo del preventivo, che alla fine (quello completo) non ho mai avuto. A quel punto desisto e li lascio stare, e mi sento dire che “basta il sito per gli approfondimenti”(ma capiscono che “non sia alla portata di tutti”, bontà loro), e che il preventivo chiesto vorrebbe una Consulenza assicurativa da 250€+iva. Cambiato compagnia (non online), e mi sembra già tutta un’altra storia, nettamente migliore. Consiglio di fare lo stesso. The narrative is always one: all other insurances, especially online ones, are not serious, and the only serious ones are them. Which should justify their higher prices, it is supposed. If you trust them, if you don't trust them they treat you like a beggar and a fool. After years of being their client (Milanese insurer) in view of the expiry of the last policy, I begin to look around and ask for a quote, including a few more guarantees. It will take ONE MONTH, after my insistence, and it will also be incomplete (as well as significantly more expensive than the competition, not just the online one, and the only one I've ever seen without VAT included, which sounded a bit tricky). Always surrounded by lazy talk of how much others are not serious and "prepackaged", but always without answering what interests you. They wasted more time writing these speeches than writing me the amount of the estimate, which in the end (the full one) I never got. At that point I give up and leave them alone, and I am told that "the site is enough for in-depth information" (but they understand that "it is not within everyone's reach", their goodness), and that the quote requested would require an insurance advice of 250 € + VAT. I changed company (not online), and it already seems to me a whole other story, much better. I recommend doing the same.
