Mi vedo costretto fare un reclamo tramite l'ABF per ottenere una risposta alle mie domande vista l'incapacità degli operatori.
Bad experience, unfriendly, rude and unprepared staff.
I am forced to make a complaint through the ABF to obtain an answer to my questions given the inability of the operators.

Excellent service, Silvia, the consultant who followed me, proved to be an exceptional person, attentive to customer needs, understanding and human. Agos demonstrates with its staff that it is not a cold financial institution, but that it is attentive to people, I did not feel “a number” from them.
