 I'm very happy! It took impossible stains from my favorite jacket. No one else has managed to do it, thank you very much. Always friendly and professional. The value for money is excellent.

Anche io (come un'altra signora che ha lasciato una recensione) ho un cappotto dove l'etichetta riportava un tipo di lavaggio che, grazie alla professionalità del proprietario, non è stato effettuato perché avrebbe addirittura rovinato una parte del capo. Ci ritorno sempre molto volentieri.
Great laundry, I've been going there for years and keep going even though I've moved to another area! I too (like another lady who left a review) have a coat on which the label indicated a type of washing which, thanks to the professionalism of the owner, was not carried out because it would have ruined a part of the garment. I always come back with pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario gentilissimo e davvero super competente, gli ho portato a lavare il cappotto in foto e sebbene l'etichetta consigliasse un tipo di lavaggio, grazie alle sua esperienza mi ha consigliato di farne un altro e riuscire a mantenerlo intatto (ha gli inserti in finta pelle e a secco si sarebbero distrutti). Inoltre, molto scrupoloso e attento al cliente tanto che ha preferito lavare il cappotto due volte per toglierli l'odore bizzarro che aveva.
Davvero super consigliato, mi sono trovata benissimo e di sicuro ci tornerò
Very kind and super competent owner, I took him to wash the coat in the photo and although the label recommended a type of wash, thanks to his experience he advised me to do another one and be able to keep it intact (it has faux leather inserts and dry they would have been destroyed). Moreover, very scrupulous and attentive to the customer so much that he preferred to wash the coat twice to remove the bizarre smell it had.
Really super recommended, I had a great time and for sure I'll be back

Qualità , professionalità e gentilezza da parte del titolare sono i punti di forti e immutabili nel tempo. Tempistiche di riconsegna rispettate sempre puntualmente. Prezzi più che onesti specie se rapportati alla cura e all'attenzione verso il capo e il cliente.

For some years, unfortunately, I have not lived in Florence anymore, but in the years I lived in Novoli I have been a loyal customer of the Laundry. Quality, professionalism and kindness on the part of the owner are the strong points and unchanging over time. Delivery times always respected punctually. Prices more than honest, especially if compared to the care and attention to the garment and the customer.
