★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed Queen is a very high-tech laundromat. You pay and select your machine via a kiosk and based on the size of the machine you select, you are charged ranging from 4.50€-8.50€ for the load... 30 min wash. Detergent, softener and disinfectants and automatically injected in the machines so you don't need to bring any of that and they are included in the prices I mentioned. Dryers are large and at 4€ for 30 mins you can add 10 min extensions for 1€. All in all my clothes came out fabulous. Highly recommend this laundromat. But be very sure you put your clothes in set the machines to your clothing settings BEFORE heading to the kiosk to pay and select the machine because the only option after that is to hit the start button.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laundromat is the best one we’ve been to as tourists! We paid 15€ for full service (wash dry and fold). And full service it was! Immaculately folded and neatly packed. The detergent also smells really nice :) highly recommend to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put in a 20€ bill plus 50 cents to pay for my laundry of 9kg, which costs 3,5€
Only got back 14,60€, so I paid almost double of what I would have actually needed to pay. If you offer to take 20€ bills, your machine should have enough return money stocked. Nobody was there to reimburse me and nobody answered when I called the phone number on display
Edit: The quality of the machines and the speed of the laundry and drying was good though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual timetable is from 8:00 to 21:30!!!
The timetables shown on Google Maps and the website were set by the old owner and the new owner Wash&Dry can't edit them!!!
I came late at around 21:10 and started washing (32min) before I saw the new timetable, then there came the guard while I was also texting the owner with the number on the wall, the guard told me that I can leave my clothes and come pick them up tomorrow from 8am, but my train is leaving tomorrow morning at 7:39 so they decided to close the store later to let me finish?So kind of them, thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope to raise my rating after actually using the service. The rating is low because the hours posted are for the self-serve NOT was & food which is what we hope to use.
Wash & Fold hours are:
Mon-Sat: 9am-1pm & 3pm-7pm, no wash & fold service Sunday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are vacationing in Italy and had a whole lot of dirty clothes.. Found this place while wondering around Firenze, the first day we got there. We went full service, dropped off our clothes and 1.5 hours later they had it washed,dried and folded. Excellent service and super nice,helpful and friendly staff.

Always happy to have clean clothes when traveling.
