Convenient and strategic position, 100 meters from the S.M.Novella railway station and 300 meters from the historic center of Florence. Spacious, quiet and vegan friendly apartments. Impeccable service, perfectly compliant with the latest anti-covid security provisions. Reference point for our next stays in this city, I highly recommend it!

Vi è una particolare attenzione alla santificazione Margherita, l’Oste Anfitriona, ha dei modi attenti e generosi. Fa sentire” a casa”. Anche la Location è perfetta: in pieno centro e a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Spero di ritornare presto: Consigliatissima! The structure is refined, elegant and very welcoming. Le stanze sono situate all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca,pulitissime,ampie e arredate con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Situati a pochi passi dalla stazione di s.Maria Novella, sono ideali per un soggiorno davvero rilassante e piacevole in questa magnifica città. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente per una vacanza indimenticabile! Data del soggiorno: giugno 2020 I stayed in one of the Florentia apartments with friends and found a great welcome from the host Margherita, kind and caring. The rooms are located in a period building, spotlessly clean, large and furnished with taste and attention to detail. Located a few steps from S. Maria Novella station, they are ideal for a truly relaxing and pleasant stay in this magnificent city. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it for an unforgettable holiday! La proprietaria Margherita si fa in quattro per venire incontro alle mie esigenze (gli appartamenti hanno dimensioni diverse, mi è capitato di soggiornare anche insieme a 3 o 4 amiche), la sua cortesia e i suoi "tips" sono un valore aggiunto. Ubicazione geniale, a due passi da S.M.Novella ma anche dall'Arno e S. Frediano con i suoi ristorantini, e dalla chiesa di Ognissanti, con i dipinti di Ghirlandaio e la tomba di Botticelli visitabili liberamente a qualunque ora. Stanze accoglienti e provviste di tutto, insonorizzate e, recentemente, curate con tutti i riguardi rispetto alle misure di sanificazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non desidero di meglio! when I pass by Florence for an exhibition or a business engagement, apartments Florentia is my ideal base. The owner Margherita goes out of her way to meet my needs (the apartments have different sizes, I happened to stay with 3 or 4 friends), her courtesy and her "tips" are an added value. Brilliant location, a stone's throw from S.M.Novella but also from the Arno and S. Frediano with its restaurants, and from the church of Ognissanti, with Ghirlandaio's paintings and Botticelli's tomb that can be visited freely at any time. Cozy rooms equipped with everything, soundproofed and, recently, treated with all due regard to sanitization measures. Excellent value for money. I don't want better!

A pochi minuti dalla Stazione S.M.N...ciascun appartamento presenta un particolare e ricercato arredo in stile.. alcuni affacciano direttamente all'esterno, altri godono anche di una deliziosa chiostrina, perfetta per momenti conviviali all'esterno. Pulizia e ricerca del dettaglio al top. Soggiorno da ripetere senz'altro, non appena si abbia necessità di una residenza di charme in Firenze, per turismo, per business o anche quando semplicemente si abbia voglia di coccolarsi un po' in ambiente accogliente, colto e raffinato... o si desideri regalare un soggiorno di charme ad amici e parenti. Excellent! Stately homes in a prestigious building, in a very central position. A few minutes from the S.M.N Station ... each apartment has a particular and refined style furniture ... some face directly outside, others also enjoy a delightful cloister, perfect for convivial moments outside. Cleaning and research of the top detail. Stay to be repeated without a doubt, as soon as you need a charming residence in Florence, for tourism, for business or even when you simply want to pamper yourself a little in a welcoming, cultured and refined environment ... or if you wish give a charming stay to friends and relatives.

Ci vogliono pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere i locali più frequentati la sera in sanfrediano. Any room has its own peculiarities and can satisfy any need. We slept in ambra apartment for 3 nights. Moreover in 2 minutes walk (and truly 2 minutes, around the corner) you can get to the station and to s.maria novella square, but given the disposition of the rooms you won't be bored by any traffic noise. Just perfect, one of the best place I have ever slept at, mostly thanks to the great hospitality and the perfect position! near anything you need!

It’s super close to the train station with all the needed shops and cafes around yet very quite and peaceful. All best museums and shops are in a walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and designed with great taste. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking, Margherita has also shown me the best restaurants with vegan options around. Margherita is a delightful host. Looking forward to come back here!
