★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detergent included in the 3,50eur charge for the wash cycle. Only 30 minute cycle which is kind of annoying because I like a 60 minute cycle when there is not agitator. They definitely smell clean, although I don’t know what kind of harsh detergent they might use in the cycle? There was a smelly bum sleeping in there so once wash cycle was done I left and just hung my clothes. I couldn’t take his odor! Photos as of February 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thorough. Everything got cleaned and dried very well. You do have to have your own detergent. The 30 minute dry was more than sufficient. There are different sizes of washers and driers. I've been traveling for a couple of months. It was nice to do all my laundry at once rather than wash my clothes in the hotel sink or tub all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to use. Instructions on the machines in Italian and English. You can pay with coins or bills (5€/10€). Change is returned. If you purchase a member card, then 20€ bills can be used as well. Detergent is included in the price. It is being dispensed automatically. Machines look clean and well maintained. (April 2022)
