They ruined a dress with faux leather inserts by doing hot tests that I hadn't asked for. Incompetent ... highly discouraged

I brought a shirt and a pair of wine-stained trousers and to my amazement they came perfect. Something that hadn't done another laundry before them. Courtesy and kindness as well as excellent service.

Pay attention to deliver the stuff you risk not finding it again! I brought an expensive branded shirt, I reviewed it after 3 months because they had delivered it to another customer who thankfully honestly reported it.

The curtain was very valuable, it has shortened. Yet it wasn't the first time she had been bathed. I was very disappointed, it seems right to point it out to someone like me who has a fine garment.
