In realtà ci ho comprato un costoso paio di scarponi da sci e avendo avuto nello stesso giorno un problema di rottura parziale della suola, speravo di trovarne soluzione veloce ritornando subito da loro a farlo notare. Pessima idea a quanto pare. Nessuna voglia di sostituire l'articolo e nemmeno di rimborsare la cifra. "Si rivolga ora alla casa madre direttamente " è stata la risposta! E pensare che nemmeno un giorno era passato dall'acquisto in questo negozio! Al mio insistere ho trovato solo scortesia da parte del responsabile del reparto tecnico e nessuna collaborazione. Ho dovuto ricorrere io per forza di cose all'assistenza della casa madre. Lo stesso supporto online si è stupito che il negoziante non abbia potuto provvedere direttamente ad una veloce sostituzione. Io grazie a questa scortesia del negozio ho dovuto passare giorni con scarponi a noleggio. Non aggiungo altro. Very bad experience with this store. On the well-stocked and competent card. Actually I bought an expensive pair of ski boots and having had a problem of partial breakage of the sole on the same day, I was hoping to find a quick solution by returning immediately to them to point it out. Bad idea it seems. No desire to replace the item or even refund the amount. "Contact the parent company now" was the answer! And to think that not even a day had passed since the purchase in this store! To my insistence I found only rudeness from the head of the technical department and no collaboration. I had to resort to the assistance of the parent company. The same online support was surprised that the retailer could not provide a quick replacement directly. Thanks to this rudeness of the shop I had to spend days with rental boots. I won't add anything else.

Consiglio di valutare attentamente gli acquisti. Good service, attentive and courteous staff. But the same shoes, trial running new collection, the next day I found them for 20 euros less in Santa Cristina. I recommend to carefully evaluate purchases.

We bought a Kappa ski turtle neck for my son and somebody in a restaurant took it by mistake. When we returned next day to purchase a second one, Silvia, the manager, gifted him the second one, to compensate for the loss.
