Darüber hinaus haben wir konkret nach einer Daunenjacke gefragt, die besagte Jacke wurde gekauft nachdem diese Frage mit „Ja“ beantwortet wurde.
Sicherlich auch ein Fehler von uns das nicht vor dem Kauf zu kontrollieren. Letztlich haben wir uns auf den Verkäufer verlassen.
Nachdem wir den Irrtum ( reine polyester) gemerkt hatten haben wir um Rückabwicklung des Kaufes gebeten. Dies wurde nicht akzeptiert.
Daher ist der Laden trotz vermeintlicher Rabatte nicht zu empfehlen.
Apparently everything was offered cheaply and discounted. Unfortunately it was not overbuilt.
In addition, we specifically asked about a down jacket, the jacket in question was bought after this question was answered with "Yes".
Certainly also a mistake on our part in not checking that before buying. Ultimately, we relied on the seller.
After we noticed the error (pure polyester) we asked for the purchase to be reversed. This was not accepted.
Therefore, the shop is not recommended despite supposed discounts.

Nachdem ich die Rezensionen gelesen habe, mache ich mir gar nicht die Mühe zu versuchen sie zurück zu geben, da anscheinend keine Kulanz. Selber schuld. Und positive Rezensionen sind mit ziemlicher Sicherheit gefaked, da der gleiche des öfteren. WARNUNG VOR DIESEM GESCHÄFT!!!!
Made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand. I bought shoes and paid almost twice as much! After reading the reviews, I don't even bother to try to give them back as there seems to be no goodwill. Themselves to blame. And positive reviews are almost certain to be faked as the same over and over again. WARNING OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of skiglassese from this shop. Tried to pay with a credit card, but it did not work. Tried with another one, did not work either. Finally my debit card worked and the transaction went through. Back to my hotel I checked my credit card account and realized that the first credit card transaction was also successful. Went back to the shop and explained the situation. The person in the shop refused to listen to me and claimed that it was impossible that I had paid the glasses twice. He was not collaborative at all and did not want to recheck the transactions from his payment terminal. At that point, I told him, that I’ll call the police and let them investigate the case. The behaviour of the person changed to quite aggressive and he started to blaim me, that I come to disturb him and his clients with my accusations. At the end he called somebody and told me that the credit card transaction will disappear within the next day. He never admitted that it was an error. He actually never admitted that such a transaction even exist, but somehow he was able to make it disappear, because when I got back to the hotel it was already gone. So it is quite obvious, that it was a deliberate attempt of fraud. Beware of this shop.
