 Goods from previous seasons at prices to be reported. Add that classic rude attitude typical of the valley and you have the worst shop in the world. Look but buy on the internet, you will save at least 50%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst sports shop in my opinion. Expensive and overpriced. Always tries to trick you with their return or refund policies. They have a good selection of items, but be careful if you decide to go shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last summer I bought new ski's at Sport Bruno Riffeser. However my ski boots were at home at the time. This winter they adjusted the new ski's to my boots for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once we had picked up our rental equipment we noticed on the first ski day that the snowboards were of poor quality. We decided to give them another try, but after day three, it was apparent that the snowboards were terrible. We intended to switch to another brand, but since Sport Bruno didn't have any options, we asked for our money back for the remainder of the rental period so we could rent boards from somewhere else. Gabriel himself admitted that their snowboards are not good, but he was still not going to give us any refund. He bluntly stated that we should read the rental contract. Needless to say that this type of "customer service" is below average. On their homepage they state that the customer's happiness is important to them - nothing could be farther from the truth. Avoid taking your business here if you don't want to be disappointed.
