Despite having sent a booking email, the e-bikes were no longer available. I quote the response of the owner: you could have woken up earlier》. Judge for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha noleggiato una e-bike a 74€, 15€ in più rispetto quanto inizialmente pattuito (59€), giustificandolo con un assicurazione obbligatoria di cui non aveva mai parlato.Quando mi sono lamentato ha detto che è sempre così, come se fosse scontato, ma ciò credo sia assolutamente falso.
He rented me an e-bike for € 74, € 15 more than initially agreed (€ 59), justifying it with a compulsory insurance that he had never mentioned.When I complained he said that it is always like this, as if obvious, but I think this is absolutely false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nonostante che avessimo ricevuto tramite mail la conferma dalla nostra prenotazione, non abbiamo trovato le bici. Abbiamo recriminato ed il gestore ha tentato di difendersi (arrampicandosi totalmente sugli specchi) millantando un anticipo sul prezzo che MAI ci era stato richiesto come da conversazione mail che gli abbiamo mostrato sul luogo. A causa di questo disservizio abbiamo perduto tutta la mattina per riprogrammare la giornata stante che le nostre mogli si erano organizzate per uscire con i figli. A fronte del nostro disappunto per l'accaduto il gestore ci ha risposto: “pazienza”… Giudicate Voi

We complained and the manager tried to defend himself (climbing totally on the mirrors) boasting an advance on the price that had NEVER been requested of us as per the email conversation that we showed him on the spot. Due to this disruption, we lost all morning to reschedule the day that our wives had organized to go out with their children.
