horrible experiencia, compre un colchon para camping, pague con tarjeta, vi el cartel de tax free y le pedi si podia añadir unas zapatillas a la compra para sumar el minimo para el tax free, me dijo muy mal educadamente que no podia que ya habia pagado y me fui con ganas de haberlo comprado, volvi a los 5 minutos y le dije que lo queria devolver, me hizo la devolucion de malas maneras en efectivo no con la tarjeta como yo habia pagado inicialmente, y le pedi de nuevo el tax free para las zapatillas y el colchon, me dijo con malas maneras de nuevo que no podria pagar con tarjeta que deberia ser efectivo, tuve que ir a sacar 300 en efectivo para pagar, cuando volvi me dijeron que no me podian hacer tax free que solo era para fuera de europa, yo soy español y lo he hecho en varios sitios me reiteraban que no se podia que era solo para fuera de europa, de muy malas maneras, gente esperando y viendo el show, estaba de viaje y con prisa, sino hubiera llamado a la policia para poner una reclamacion, no me devolvieron el dinero que pague con la tarjeta devuelta a la tarjeta me lo hicieron en cash, cosa que en españa es ilegal, si tu pagas con tarjeta te hacen la devolucion a la tarjeta nunca en cash, me hace pensar que hay un problema de evasion de impuestos, espero que los hayan investigado, dos personas muy poco profesionales la verdad, me amargaron el viaje y tuve que volver con mas de 300 euros en efectivo, y mi tarjeta monedero no podria pagar mas con ella hasta recargarla al dia siguiente por la mañana.

WOULD AVOID AT ANY COST! Asked them to mount a pair of bindings on my touring skis. The toe part was completely misaligned with the heel and the brakes were glued shut, leaving the skis unusable. After getting literally screamed at by the person who mounted them, who probably still insists he didn't do anything wrong to this date, they agreed to replace the skis, still leaving me with glued up bindings I had to fix myslef. However, the skis I got from them as a replacement were 3 years older than the ones they screwed up (Black Crows Camox Freebird, same design, diffrent construction i.e. lighter weight). After discovering that, I didn't even bother to go there in fear of getting yelled out of the shop again.
