★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The magnificent Sella Ronda Val Gardena in South Tyrol is probably the best ski resort in the Alps. The ski resort is more than 600 km from great ski slopes. The center of this Val Gardena ski area / region is the town of Selva-Wolkenstein and many surrounding towns such as Kronplatz, Cortina di Ampezzo, which hosts this year's World Ski Championships, Alta Badia, Santa Cristina, Ortisei, Corvara and many more. Val Gardena is ideal for skiers of all levels, from experts to beginners. The mild climate, beautiful towns with many cafes and shops and wonderful mountain views will not leave you indifferent. Although a little more expensive, in my opinion, it is the best ski resort in Italy.
