 Organization to forget, they make you choose the instructor then they send you another one without warning, the staff who teach on the slopes very kind and professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano dieci anni che non sciavo più, ho scelto la maestra Stefka con la quale mi sono trovato benissimo e grazie a lei ho ripreso a praticare questo bellissimo sport.
I hadn't been skiing for ten years, I chose Stefka with whom I had a great time and thanks to her I started practicing this beautiful sport again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande professionalità e competenza. Avevo messo gli sci per la prima volta, e nonostante la mia età (53 anni), il mio maestro mi ha fatto sentire totalmente a mio agio, e mi ha fatto innamorare di questo sport. Ci rivedremmo sicuramente a dicembre. Grazie davvero!!!!!
Great professionalism and competence. I had put on skis for the first time, and despite my age (53), my instructor made me feel totally at ease, and made me fall in love with this sport. We would definitely meet again in December. Thank you very much!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with both kids at this school. My daughter was moved from one teacher to another, either she was skiing too good for her group or too bad depending on how the instructor wants. One day went to ski on baby ski another day on main slope and so on. I had to "fight" the instructors but in the end she did not enjoy this ping-pong.
Also my 8 years old was lost on the mountain.
The instructor simply lost him somewhere and was not even sure where exactly or when they were last time together. This happened mainly because of the large group (11 kids!!!) and this is simply cause of their interest in making as much money as possible with low quality. He was found by Carabinieri 1 hour later (they checked which was his last lift taken up and he was waiting there alone). This is definitely the instructor's fault but also school's responsibility for making him handle 11 kids. We stopped the lessons and they give us money back for days remaining and for the day he was lost and apologized but this kind of situations simply should not occur as there are many solutions available if interest is given.
I would give them 1 stars because the school management is very bad and sucks but I go for 2 stars because some people working were talking nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic early morning lesson with Camilla finishing with a Ski down the Gran Risa ! This was a birthday present from my family and was a highlight of my holiday. We have been coming to La Villa for 15 years, see you next season. Thankyou so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with kids group lessons. Our three kids enjoyed the course even if their knowledge of English is poor and Italian is zero. Groups were not too big and instructors were doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good three days of lessons with both Simon and Stefan. With us three unexperienced adults they we’re really patient and explained really well! We did nice and different slopes and saw a lot of the ski area. Great experience!
