R	Romana J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced such a terrible quality of school. You pay for 2 hours while the instructor stays with you 1.5h as he has another customers waiting elsewhere. When you face an issue the managers of the school don’t come to talk to you. They let the employees to solve it while they give them no rights to do anything. They say max 8 kids per group which is also not correct. They were 10. Honestly terrible service and I don’t recommend it at all. They are other schools in the area you might check.

Afterall he staring at his computer, try to do i don't know what, taking another 5-10 minutes and then saying may be one of the bikes is in reserve. Cause we want go and spend our time in mountains we ask him give us one bike he have for sure, but in reply he give us nice advice to go out and take both 2 bikes somewhere in other shop, what we did with pleasure. It is pity to lost a lot of time here, but all to the best!

A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! It's a shame they don't have an option for zero stars. We had lessons and the instructor didn't even try to teach us. We were just an inconvenience to him - he just wanted to ski around far too fast for us, he regularly went out of sight, and when we caught up he set off immediately. He arrived late for one lesson and didn't bother to make the time up. I complained to the office, they didn't care and refused to give any sort of partial refund. Save your money, go somewhere else!
L	Lucie Bihellerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bike rental ever!!! Be carefull and not rent your bike here. We rented a full suspension bike there, paid 62 Euro for a day rental (53 Euro) and 9 Euro insurance. The bike seemed ready and great. When we got off the cable car up the hill, the saddle started falling down, the chain was falling down on bumpy trails and we had also a problem with the repair kit for the flat tire. The manager was arrogant and not helpful. One more extra thing: no rental agreement signed, no reciept for payment recieved. Try some other place instead.
A	Alon Shafrir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly coordinated at the customers expense. I Booked 1h online for 55 euro. There was also an option for 1.5h for 75 euro. Stepped in the day before asking if I can extend it to 1.5h, they said sure just need to pay the difference. The difference between 75 and 55 is 20 but they asked for 30 euros and "agreed" to 25. I asked to meet the instructor up on the slope. They refused saying we must meet at the bottom of a specific lift near them. I arrived early. 10 minutes after the start time I get a call that actually the instructor is waiting for me at the top of that lift. I go up, he's not there. I call them and whoever answers doesn't seem to understand English and the call gets disconnected. 5 minutes later the instructor shows up apologizing for the confusion and we finally get started. 1h and 10 minutes after we meet, he said he's already late for his next lesson and is sorry for the coordination issue but he really can't continue longer.
M	Monkey Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 1 hour private lesson for €45 which seems reasonably priced. Very easy booking in the shop. My teacher Jessica was a very sweet lady and a wonderful skier who gave me a few tips (I'm an advanced level skier) and definitely feel an improvement. Very happy, would use them again.
