Poco cortesi e quasi scocciati a soddisfare le richieste del cliente (nessun suggerimento tecnico). I do not comment on the ski school as it was not used, but the rental did not absolutely satisfy me. Little polite and almost annoyed to meet the customer's requests (no technical suggestion).

Abbiamo avuto quattro ore di lezione con il maestro Renè Pitscheider che è riuscito a darci indicazioni chiare ed efficaci che hanno reso molto più sicuro il nostro modo di sciare: ottimo! They managed to solve an unexpected problem in an optimal way. We had four hours of lessons with the teacher Renè Pitscheider who managed to give us clear and effective indications that made our way of skiing much safer: excellent!

A causa di un equivoco (mi avevano comunicato a voce che l'appuntamento era il giorno X, invece era il giorno Y, e superficialmente non ho controllato la ricevuta che riportava la data corretta), non ho potuto usufruire delle 3 ore di lezione, già pagate (120 €)...da parte della scuola, non c'è stata alcuna inclinazione a venire incontro al cliente pagante: nè un buono per fruire della lezione in altro giorno della settimana (visto che c'era posto, avevo chiesto anche una singola ora a fronte delle 3 pagate) nè, tantomeno, un rimborso, neppure parziale...a mia domanda, mi hanno risposto che non era possibile convertire le ore di lezione e spostarle in altro giorno, pur essendoci disponibilità...peccato che io stesso, dopo aver prenotato una lezione di un'ora, ne avessi poi aggiunte altre due, spostando anche giorno, per un totale di 3 ore...la signorina ha avuto persino la bella faccia di dirmi che il maestro quel giorno era lì ad aspettarmi per fare lezione...certo, era lì, ma poi dopo 10 min di attesa, sapendo che io non sarei venuto, se ne è tornato a casuccia senza lavorare, e con 120 € in più. Quindi, ricapitolando, se il cliente è disposto a pagare, si possono fare tutti i cambi che vuole...una volta che ha sganciato la pecunia, viene lasciato a sé stesso e non c'è alcuna attenzione nei suoi confronti...morale della favola: 120 € regalati a lorsignori senza aver ottenuto neppure un minuto di lezione...come definire questa autoproclamata"scuola"? Ad ognuno le sue conclusioni NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! IF YOU KEEP YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Due to a misunderstanding (they told me verbally that the appointment was on day X, instead it was day Y, and superficially I did not check the receipt that reported the correct date), I was unable to take advantage of the 3 hours of lessons, already paid (120 €) ... by the school, there was no inclination to meet the paying customer: nor a voucher to use the lesson on another day of the week (since there was room, I had asked even a single hour compared to the 3 paid) nor, much less, a refund, not even partial ... to my question, they replied that it was not possible to convert the hours of lessons and move them to another day, even if there was availability ... it's a pity that I myself, after having booked a lesson of one hour, had then added two more, also moving the day, for a total of 3 hours ... the young lady even had the good face to tell me that the teacher that day he was there waiting for me to teach ... of course, he was there, but then dop or 10 minutes of waiting, knowing that I would not have come, he went back to the hut without working, and with 120 € more. So, in summary, if the customer is willing to pay, he can make all the changes he wants ... once he has paid the money, he is left to himself and there is no attention towards him ... moral of the story: € 120 given to gentlemen without having obtained even a minute of lessons ... how to define this self-proclaimed "school"? To each his own conclusions

Assolutamente positiva anche l'esperienza con il noleggio sci, tutti gentili e disponibili! Consigliata!
