★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was trying to find what I was looking for nobody cared, nobody asked me if I need a help, when I finally found (completely self service) and asked some additional question, with the answer I received I felt as an intruder. I would expect a bit more friendliness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a high end hoodie and then found out when I unwrapped it it got 2 stains. Went back and they couldn’t remove the stain and wouldn’t return my money and in addition the manager was extremely rude. Save your money and go to the store 200-300 FT up the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in here. They were rude and they said something in German in front of me. Since the have proved that they could speak Italian (talking to me in italian) this was a very rude manner as I couldn't understand what they said. The prices are pretty high, which is normal, however, the quality is not very high and the service was very bad. Do not go in this place if you like good manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ski rental place. Their skis and boots are top quality and they are super helpful. When the first set of boots were hurting my feet they were very helpful to help me swap to a different pair which were much more comfortable. They were also great in allowing me to swap skis to try different types which is something I love doing when on a ski holiday.
Highly recommend them!
