Dolomites have been declared as UNESCO world heritage for a reason. There is no similar place and mountain om earth. Real, historic, cultural and genouine. You cannot ask for anything more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ski area. Wonderful for all abilities. Good ski schools and equipment hire shops. Reasonable prices for food etc, especially compared with France or even Austria. For example, at one cafe on the piste we got 2 x cappuccinos, 1 x mocha coffee and an expresso coffee all for a total of 6 euros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for Skiing. However, helpfulness and even friendliness of staff in the tourism office could be improved. More information about the First World War Ski Tour Bus shuttles incl prices etc would be helpful. This was given later by the lady who sold the skipass.
That should be the job of the tourism office staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an exceptionally beautiful place to ski and enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites. This is a rare mountain range with sharp and soaring mountains. There is a diverse variety of runs for beginners and experts alike. It's not all too well known outside of Europe, but it's one of my all time favorite places to ski. I took a helicopter ride through the mountains and can assure the reader that the views are worth the price of the ride.
