Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni venduti come ADATTI PER SCIARE e dopo averli usati due giorni si sono tagliati su entrambi i lati esterni delle gambe. Dopo essere tornata a far notare il problema, il titolare, con fare altezzoso, mi ha spiegato che il tessuto del pantalone (pagato 110 euro) può essere soggetto a "taglio da lamine" e che per tale motivo non può essere sostituito. A mio parere non é concepibile che un pantalone da sci possa rovinarsi in questo modo dopo due giorni di utilizzo. Evidentemente la qualità del prodotto non é sufficiente e di fronte ad un evento del genere la sostituzione del capo dovrebbe essere indiscutibile, o per lo meno sarebbe auspicabile una soluzione alternativa al cambio merce, che invece, non è stata minimamente presa in considerazione. Per me questa non è professionalità e la mia pubblicità non sarà di certo positiva. I put a star because zero was not possible. For me this is not professionalism and my advertising will certainly not be positive.

Segnalato nel negozio che degli occhiali sportivi nn si possono rovinare appena cadono sul pavimento di casa... (indosso occhiali da vista e mai e ripeto mai cadendo si sono rovinati così). Commessa scortese nn ha proposto neppure sconto su altri occhiali. Fatto vedere occhiali da sole che hanno più di 10 anni... caduti si... con qualche riga si na nn da buttare!!! Avrei dovuto leggere prima la recensione della signora dei pantaloni. Negozio da evitate con prodotti di pessima qualità... l'apparenza inganna sempre. Glasses bought for 70 euros. La signora è stata estremamente scortese, e ci ha fatto passare la voglia di fare acquisti in questo negozio.
