★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binnen 5 minuten had ik mijn via internet gereserveerde ski’s, en terugbrengen was is 1 minuutje geregeld. Goed materiaal voor weinig geld!
Within 5 minutes I had my skis reserved via the internet, and returning it was arranged in 1 minute. Good material for little money!

My ski boot was broken and needed a new one. I was served very competently and in a friendly manner. The shoe was selected and adapted exactly to my needs. I am very satisfied, the price is right, the professional advice is very good. Highly recommended.

Prezzi nella norma come tanti altri negozi, lo abbiamo scelto appunto per il valore aggiunto del personale. Ci hanno consigliato un gran bel giro da fare in val Gardena.
Le biciclette sono davvero top.
Se dovete noleggiare le bici ve lo consiglio!
We rented e-bikes in this shop, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Prices in the standard like many other shops, we have chosen it precisely for the added value of the staff. They recommended us a great tour to do in Val Gardena.
The bikes are really top.
If you have to rent bikes I recommend it!

Auswahl der Leihartikel und Zustand sehr gut. Kompetente Beratung und sehr zügige Abwicklung ohne Hektik, obwohl sehr viel bei unserem Storebesuch los war.
Wir mussten leider die Leihausrüstung unserer Tochter wegen einer Verletzung zurückgeben. Es erfolgte eine anstandslose und umgehende Rückerstattung.
Service lernt man erst kennen/erfahren, wenn man ihn benötigt.
Dieser Service war einfach nur sehr gut. Sportgeschäft wird uneingeschränkt von uns empfohlen.

Selection of rental items and condition very good. Competent advice and very quick processing without hectic, although there was a lot going on when we visited the store.
Unfortunately, we had to return our daughter's rental equipment due to an injury. There was an unproblematic and immediate refund.
You only get to know / experience service when you need it.
This service was just very good. Sports shop is unreservedly recommended by us.
