Ho anche assistito ad esempi di "santa pazienza" con clienti pretenziosi o maleducati.
 I have been visiting Ortisei for 32 years, both in summer and in winter, and in all these years I have always received a lot of availability and impeccable service from the staff of the pharmacy, with timely, professional and not at all "commercial" advice. I have also witnessed examples of "holy patience" with pretentious or rude customers.
