Oggetto pagato 12 euro il cui valore effettivo sarebbe stato 1 euro. Un vero sproposito. Alla larga da quel negozio. I purchased tiger ears with suckers to stick them on my granddaughter's helmet. Bad quality that prevented its use. Item paid 12 euros whose actual value would have been 1 euro. A real blunder. Stay away from that shop.

Dopo un anno e mezzo di pandemia con i problemi legati al mancato guadagno non mi sarei mai aspettata una risposta del genere! I asked to be able to see some shoes and since it was 5 minutes before closing I was advised to come back in the afternoon because they were closing !! After a year and a half of a pandemic with problems related to loss of earnings, I never expected such an answer!

Io porto il 38. Il commesso ha subito messo le mani avanti dicendo che vestono stretto e di provare il 39. Era largo, quindi è andato a prendere il 38 in magazzino. Era effettivamente corto (sempre ammesso che fosse davvero un 38, non ci ho guardato). Quindi ho comprato quelle che in teoria dovevano essere un 39... non porto mai scarpe da ginnastica, quindi non sono molto pratica. A casa mi sono accorta che era un 40!!!! Adesso ho capito perché ha provato a chiedermi se volevo anche la scatola, effettivamente mi era sembrato strano, quando mai te lo chiedono?!?! Le metterò lo stesso con una suoletta, ormai le ho comprate, ma sinceramente ci sono rimasta veramente male, mi sono fidata senza controllare, ho sbagliato. The clerk immediately put his hands forward saying that they dress tight and try on 39. It was wide, so he picked up 38 in stock. It was actually short (assuming it was really a 38, I didn't look at it). So I bought what was supposed to be a 39 ... I never wear sneakers, so I'm not very practical. At home I realized it was a 40 !!!! Now I understand why he tried to ask me if I also wanted the box, it actually seemed strange to me, when they ever ask you?!?! I will wear them all the same with a sole, now I have bought them, but honestly I was really bad, I trusted without checking, I was wrong.

Ringrazio in particolare Luigi per il tempo dedicatomi, ho avuto un problema con delle scarpe e si è adoperato in tutti i modi per risolverlo…. Consigliatissimo. E avevo anche trattato sul prezzo prima di acquistare! Disonesti. Friendly saleswoman in helping me choose the boots, too bad that once I went out I noticed that the same model was displayed in the window at a lower price than the one I paid. And I had even negotiated the price before buying! Dishonest.
