Der Versand kommt aus Italien, dementprechend dauert es bis zwei Wochen, was eigentlich nicht schlimm ist ausser das Paket wird vom Zusteller nicht geliefert ! Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde erst vertröstet und danach reagiert nachdem man bei dem Zusteller nachgehackt hatte. Nach einem Monat kam das Paket dann an, leider war die Ware beschädigt und die Rücksenden kostet 18€ die nicht zurück erstattet wird, da man einfach mit einen Kommentar abgespeist wird wie "Das Problem wurde mit einer einfachen Bürste gelöst",die Bestellung wurde daraufhin sofort von Rabanser storniert !! Ich Persönlich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und eine Beschwerde an den Schuhhersteller ist auch schon unterwegs. Es gibt mehrere Internetseiten die von denen Betrieben werden, unter anderem Snow-boots... usw. Normally there would be no star, because the customer service is under all sow !! The shipping comes from Italy, so it takes up to two weeks, which is actually not bad unless the package is not delivered by the deliverer! After several inquiries, it was only consoled and then reacted after hacking at the deliverer. After a month the package arrived, unfortunately the goods were damaged and the return shipping costs 18 € which is not refundable because you are simply fed with a comment like "The problem was solved with a simple brush", the order was then placed immediately canceled by Rabanser !! I personally will no longer order here and a complaint to the shoe manufacturer is already underway. There are several websites operated by them, including snow boots ... etc.

Ich habe meine Schuhe am 16.03.2022 bestellt und bekam bereits am 17.03.2022 eine Info, dass die Lieferung in den Versand geht. Nach kurzer Nachfrage per E-Mail habe ich ohne zögern die Trackingnummer erhalten. Ich konnte das Paket verfolgen und es ist heute 23.03.2022 geliefert worden. Ich bin mit der Bestellung, Abwicklung und schnellen Lieferung aus Italien nach Deutschland sehr zufrieden. Als einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag kann ich hier nur angeben, dass es sicher hilfreich ist, wenn die Trackingnummer direkt in der Versandbenachrichtigung hinterlegt wird. I want to thank you for the great service when purchasing my new shoes. I ordered my shoes on March 16th, 2022 and already received notification on March 17th, 2022 that the delivery was going to be shipped. After a short request by e-mail, I received the tracking number without hesitation. I was able to track the package and it was delivered today 03/23/2022. I am very satisfied with the order, processing and fast delivery from Italy to Germany. The only suggestion I can make here is that it is certainly helpful if the tracking number is stored directly in the shipping notification.
