Quindi pagato... solo perché scaduto da poche settimane il termine...feedback negativo...altri negozi lo riconoscono valido comunque perché i soldi se li sono presi alla fine.

So paid ... only because the deadline expired a few weeks ago ... negative feedback ... other shops recognize it as valid anyway because the money was taken in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato 2 pantaloni, uno indossato la stessa sera e si è scucito sulla coscia 2 ore dopo, l'altro indossato la sera successiva, scucito anteriormemente, altezza cerniera appena seduto a tavola. Mi sono recato in negozio per segnalare l'accaduto e chiedere gentilmente un rimborso in quanto ci sono degli innegabili problemi qualitativi, ma è stato impossibile ottenere un rimborso. Obbligandomi ad acquistare 50 euro di merce che la metterò nella cuccia del cane per evitare scuciture e figuracce nel indossarla per uscire. Quelle commesse imbarazzate hanno chiamato la loro capo area, la Signorina Claudia che al telefono mi ha fatto tutt'altro che una buona impressione, si è dimostrata sgarbata, utilizzando toni grotteschi e poco professionali. Non avete perso un cliente ma moltissimi clienti in quanto gestisco una rete di negozi in tutto il nord Italia e mi impegnerò a farvi una buona pubblicità ?.
