Lo ha trovato ad Udine, mi ha inviato il messaggio dopo poche ore ed ora attendo l'arrivo dal corriere per provarlo. Grazie Elisa sei stata molto brava. A presto!
My experience in this store in Fiume Veneto was highly positive; I met Elisa who, with a beautiful smile, with professionalism, patience and infinite kindness, searched for the dress I wanted in the other stores because my size was missing. He found it in Udine, he sent me the message after a few hours and now I'm waiting for the courier to arrive to try it. Thanks Elisa you were very good. See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le cinque stelle non sono esclusivamente per il marchio ma una buona parte è dovuta al cuore e alla professionalità messi nel proprio lavoro da Elisa e Francesca. Non vado in qualsiasi "Oltre" a comprare, vado lì perchè so di essere coccolata, seguita e "conosciuta" per ciò che mi piace e mi è adatto. Loro due lo sanno fare molto bene ed è ciò che fa la differenza, altrimenti potrei benissimo comprare on line.
The five stars are not exclusively for the brand but a good part is due to the heart and professionalism put into their work by Elisa and Francesca. I don't go to any "Beyond" to buy, I go there because I know I am pampered, followed and "known" for what I like and what suits me. The two of them know how to do it very well and that's what makes the difference, otherwise I could very well buy online.
