★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In merito la risposta della mia lamentela sul fatto che abbia aspettato 45 minuti e non ho concluso nulla dovendo scappare a lavoro rispondo.il fatto che la fila sia fatta fuori per via del covid e non si possa entrare non cambia nulla potete seguire due clienti alla volta con due commessi come è giusto che sia ma non due clienti da 45 minuti e più come è stato perché penso che abbiate messo di tempo anche un ora, nel farmi capire che se avreste perso con me 45 minuti la recensione sarebbe stata positiva non credo,io sono stato sempre servito da voi con gentilezza e con una certa professionalità e in breve tempo anche quando avevo molte cose da fare in negozio e questo fa il bene del sottoscritto i di chi aspetta il turno successivo (ma era un altro commesso)ed è stato in passato,mi sono recato in un altro punto che anche loro per via del covid avevano una fila interminabile ma riuscivano a servire bene con tanta professionalità ma con un occhio verso chi aspettava in modo da rispettare chi si serve ma anche chi aspetta, servire bene il cliente non vuol dire stare a rispondere lunghi temi come se si facesse una chiacchierata al bar con amici come se dovreste consigliargli dove passare le vacanze o il vestito da sera da mettere al matrimonio del figlio (l'impressione è stata questa) è un negozio di telefonia mobile lo si può anche fare a volte ma non con una fila fuori si può essere anche brevi e coincisi non mi è piaciuto l'atteggiamento di rilassatezza verso una fila che aspettava fuori da molto tempo questo è il mio consiglio poi siete liberi di gestire come meglio ritenete quel che rende un ottimo negozio da un negozio mediocre è un filo sottile sta a voi decidere come lavorare buona serata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono truffatori o presso un cellulare da loro dicevano se resti con Wind per due anni il telefono è tuo, dopo un anno io sono recoverato in ospedale e non o potuto fare la ricarica di due mesi, loro anno staccato contratto e mi mandano una fattura di 160 euro da pagare per un telefono che costava 190 euro, non prendete queste fregature telefono regalò ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Nel giro di un mese mi sono recata in negozio tre volte e mi hanno sempre aiutato a trovare una soluzione. Hanno portato pazienza e spiegato con molta gentilezza come stavano le cose. Mai trovato personale più qualificato in altri punti vendita. Spesso fare un po' di coda in più ne vale la pena in questi casi.
