I came by this morning with my husband for a problem with the sudden deactivation of the automatic bill payment. The two guys at the counter were very good and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza totale...da evitare assolutamente! Ho attivato un contratto Tim Vision presso questo centro Tim, dopo due mesi mi sono trovato improvvisamente con il servizio disattivato. Mi sono recato presso il negozio per chiarimenti e mi hanno risposto che era un disservizio a livello nazionale. In realtà chiedendo chiarimenti al 119 il problema era la ricarica automatica che non risultava attiva ed è nivece necessaria per usufruire dell'offerta. Mi sono recato nuovamente al negozio per chiarimenti...hanno ricominciato con la solita risposta del disservizio nazionale senza nemmeno controllare il profilo per capirne di più e risolvere il problema..Ho deciso quindi di andare in un altro centro TIM più competente e capace di risolvere i problemi....Addios!
Total incompetence ... to be avoided absolutely! I activated a Tim Vision contract at this Tim center, after two months I suddenly found myself with the service deactivated. I went to the shop for clarification and they said it was a nationwide disservice. In reality, asking for clarification from 119, the problem was the automatic top-up which was not active and is nivece necessary to take advantage of the offer. I went to the shop again for clarification ... they started again with the usual answer of the national disservice without even checking the profile to understand more and solve the problem .. I therefore decided to go to another TIM center more competent and capable of solve problems .... Addios!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scorretti (o almeno lo è stata la persona che ho trovato al bancone quel giorno, ieri mattina). Avevo una SIM che risultava scaduta pochi giorni prima ...mi hanno chiesto 20 euro per reintegrarla. Dopo aver rifiutato, ho cercato sul sito della TIM e l'operazione era gratuita! ...eseguita ed ottenuta in meno di 10 secondi!
Incorrect (or at least the person I found at the counter that day, yesterday morning was). I had a SIM that had expired a few days before ... they asked me for 20 euros to reinstate it. After refusing, I searched the TIM website and the operation was free! ... performed and obtained in less than 10 seconds!
