★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il mio telefono in assistenza da 6 mesi o più non ricordo bene ormai effettuo le chiamate per andare a ritaralo e il proprietario o quello che è mi dice sempre di venire il giorno dopo per ritirarlo. mi reco nel negozio ma mi dicono ancora di venire il giorno dopo per ritirarlo, questa operazione sgradevole si è ripetuta fino al 10 agosto penso, quando ho chiamato, per l'ennesima volta, mi hanno detto che il cellulare era pronto in data 17 agosto mi reco al negozio ma era chiuso allora chiamo ma non rispondi nessuno. In data 23 agosto continuo a chiamare (SENZA RISPOSTA) e recarmi in negozio (CHIUSO) da questa recensione si può capire la brutta organizzazione.
Aggiornerò questa recensione qual ora riceverò il mio telefono
I have my phone in service for 6 months or more I don't remember well now I make the calls to go and reset it and the owner or whatever always tells me to come the next day to pick it up. I go to the shop but they still tell me to come the next day to pick it up, this unpleasant operation was repeated until August 10th I think, when I called, for the umpteenth time, they told me that the mobile phone was ready on August 17th I go to the shop but it was closed then I call but you don't answer anyone. On 23 August I keep calling (WITHOUT ANSWER) and going to the shop (CLOSED) from this review you can understand the ugly organization.
I will update this review what time I get my phone
