 They don't answer the phone. Prices too high. Only if you have the card can you pay less for the games. Too insistent on extra content.

They do not apply flyer promotions, they lie about the real availability of titles as well as ambush on their own the games that interest them in promotion. I wonder with people like this at the helm of Game stop how long it will still last

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was really bad and the employees definitely make every attempt to get over on you by any means... with it being a no refund policy they tell you either half truths about a purchase or lie to get you to swipe your card and over charge you knowing there is no way to refund you your money....horrible!!!!!
