★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received bad service from two cashiers here. I did not catch the names but she worked with the another lady named Chiara who end up servicing me. Also.the security guard followed me outside the store after I purchase my items. When it came my turn in the line one cashier with reddish hair left and basically waved to the next cashier. Who saw it was my turn next and she let an italian person cut in fornt of me and I explained that the cashier told me to wait for her. I said ok , i will wait for her to come back. I was irritated by then andshe took the next customer. I guess the floor supervisor"chiara" came and she looked like she didnt want to ring up my items either. i told myself I would never shop at H&M again after the scandal and now I realize i shouldve stuck to my guns. If you look like me. This is the second time i felt uncomfortable in this store. I spend almost 100 euro every time and now I regret it and will never come back. they need to replace this store with ZARA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I were visiting family in Aviano for Christmas. After Christmas we decided to visit H&M to spend some Christmas cash on clothes. Our first stop was H&M. There was a good selection of quality clothes. The staff, however, was less than helpful and rude. While my daughter who lives and works in Aviano does not speak Italian very well she does understand it quite well. The staff ignored my daughters who were first in line in favor of an Italian woman behind them. To add serious insult to injury, they insulted my daughters in Italian thinking they would not be understood. If the clothes were not to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter they would have been left on the floor. A great deal of American money flows into the area economy. It would seem to me to be prudent to treat ALL customer with respect whether or not you personally approve of them or not.
We will NOT shop at H&M again and my daughter in Aviano will make sure that her coworkers are aware of of her treatment and hopefully avoid them also.
