Already contacted my employer because this was rented on a corporate rate which would have been a real pain if it would be a private rental. If you dont want headaches just stay away from these thieves.

The return could not have been easier, and to make it easier, they sent me a neat video of the route to Rentals Return. The insurance and registration docs were not in the car, so they were emailed to me - great service after a minor mistake (by both them and me for not checking). All round great service with real human touch. And I loved the big BMW on the great Italian roads too!

Thought the email containing the video of how to find the drop off location for returning the car a brilliant idea . Can definitely recommend them ?

Their lack of resource and competence mean no inspection was carried out on pick up or drop off and now they are attempting to charge me for damage caused by a previous customer. Luckily I have proof that the vehicle already had the damage but nether the less disgusting customer service. I used to be think they were one of the more premium reputable car rental companies - now I would never use this company again.
