★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a world full of horrible car rental service companies, win rent stands out as an honest, fair and friendly company to deal with. This is the third time I rent a car with them in Italy, in the three different airports, and the third time I walk away happy.
No hidden costs, no scrutiny to find a reason to steal money on return. Just easy and fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car broke down, no reimbursement, excessive charges, impossible to find help
We rented a car to drive from Milan to Tuscany. The car would not turn on when we stopped for a break at some point, so we had to exchange the car for another one. Leasys has not reimbursed me for all this lost time, and additionally charged me a refueling cost which i was told I would not need to pay. Instead of resolving this issue, Leasys has continually redirected me to call or email some other number, or some other email address. This was a terrible experience, and i Will never again rent from Leasys, unless they right their wrongs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad communication. Impossible to reach Leasys, do not answer phone do not answer and do not respond to contact forms. My flight was canceled and had to change the rental car due to a new flight at another airport. Now 4 weeks later and Leasys has not responded to anything. They have deducted the money. Unreliable!
